  6. Diet 100%
  7. No Cheat - No sweet - No additional eating 
  8. Workout - All sets
  9. Fibre  / Green Veggies
  10. Whey   ✅
  11. Sleep - 6 hrs
  12. Study for Fitness (Youtube/ article/ book/ Fitmag/ Certification)




Today was an average start, office, some deadlines, but still getting on the track.
Getting back on track. Sadly need to travel home on weekend and it will spoil my diet n workout.
Let's see.
